12/3/2018 0 Comments Roasted Tomato and Chive PizzaMaking pizza's is one of my favorite things to do with my family and each time we try new recipes and see how they taste. A couple of days ago I stumbled upon this recipe and decided to see if I could make it. The ingredients are one pre baked pizza crust, shredded cheese, grape tomatoes, snipped chives, olive tapenade, and mushrooms. To start, pre heat oven to 425 degrees F. Then spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray, place crust on pan. Next, spread crust with olive tapenade and top with cheese, mushrooms and grape tomatoes. Then place in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until bottom is deep golden brown. Then to garnish add the snipped chives and enjoy this delicious meal.

11/28/2018 0 Comments Healthy Lemon ChickenHealthy lemon chicken is one of my favorite meals. I eat this easy and delicious meal like 3 times a week and I love it more and more every time. It contains skinless chicken breast that are cut into cubes, along with many other ingredients like honey, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, chicken stock, and cornstarch dissolved in water. After cooking the chicken with the ingredients you can add this to a warm bowl of rice with lemon slices as a garnish. This is one of my all time favorite meals and it never gets old. Enjoy!!
10/30/2018 0 Comments Healthy SpaghettiTo make this healthy spaghetti you only need three things. First you need 1 14 ounce package of whole wheat spaghetti noodles. Once the noodles are cooked warm up 1 14 ounce can of organic spaghetti sauce. Next cook 1 pound of ground buffalo meat and add to spaghetti sauce. Then add the sauce to the noodles as desired and any extra garnishes as needed. Lastly, enjoy a great healthy, nutritional, and delicious meal.

All a fruit salad contains is multiple different types of fruits like watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, honey dew, and so many more delicious fruits. Fruit salads go great with a healthy meal like a sandwich with veggies and protein. Eating fruits and veggies is very important and eating a fruit salad throughout the day is a great way to make you're body feel more refreshed.

Then place over spinach mixed with egg, and put a cut up avocado on top and mix together the ingredients. This quick meal is great with orange juice or milk. |
